1 Personnel Positioning Management
This Product realizes the real-time display of the location information of all personnel wearing tag cards or safety helmets, and pushes the positioning information to be marked on three-dimensional and two-dimensional maps.The main functions include the following three points:
(1) Automatic push of real-time monitoring screens when approaching sensitive locations;
(2) Prompt and alarm when entering a specific range;
(3) For personnel of interest, their behavioral trajectory can be viewed, and their trajectory information can be visualized and analyzed with statistics, supporting trajectory playback.
2 Real-time Personnel Early Warning Management
Automatically determine the current status of personnel using positioning data, and combine surrounding environmental data and monitoring data to identify and analyze personnel behavior characteristics, triggering corresponding actions. Different types of behaviors can be displayed on the map with different symbols.
3 Real-time Wearable Device Operation Management
Smart watches will be made available to workers such as frontline workers. The CMP will be able to provide information and issue notifications to workers. The smart watches can monitor the workers' real-time location, heart rate, and body temperature. This data can help the management team stay up-to-date on the workers' physical conditions and quickly identify any abnormal situations. There is also a panic button on the smart watch to allow workers to signal for help in case of an emergency.
4 Fenced Area Early Warning Management
Virtual electronic fences for specified areas can be set on the map. When personnel at work leave the electronic fenced area for a long time or unauthorized personnel intrude, not only will the intruding personnel be alerted, but also the work supervisor and on-duty members will receive alarm notifications on their mobile devices. An alarm will be triggered on the three-dimensional screen, and the alarm information will be recorded. At the same time, virtual electronic fences are automatically generated for key areas and equipment in the plant to prevent personnel from exceeding limits and causing danger in specific work sites.
