Smart Confined Spaces System
1 General Introduction
Through smart safety helmets, monitoring equipment, etc., real-time first-person perspective monitoring of confined space construction scenes can be achieved, allowing for immediate awareness of the environment in which personnel are located and ensuring safety measures are in place.
2 Real-time Personnel Positioning
Real-time supervision of the location of personnel within the construction site area. By setting different permissions, manage the linkage of each personnel's location. The main functions include the following three points:
(1) Automatic push of real-time monitoring screens when approaching sensitive locations;
(2) When entering a specific range, if the sensor receiving the location data of the area detects unauthorized personnel information, it will prompt and alarm;
(3) For personnel of interest, their behavioral trajectory can be viewed, and their trajectory information can be visualized and analyzed with statistics, supporting trajectory playback.
3 Environmental Monitoring Management
Through monitoring equipment, monitor and display environmental parameters, dust parameters, etc., of the construction site in confined spaces. It supports data docking with equipment and system platforms from multiple manufacturers, enabling the display of environmental data and noise data collected by construction monitoring sensor equipment, and transmitting the data to the platform for storage and analysis. By performing time-segmented statistics on the above data, the equipment terminal can issue early warnings based on the set environmental monitoring thresholds.
4 Real-time Alarm Management
Environmental monitoring threshold values can be set. If monitoring data exceeds the threshold, the system will automatically generate an early warning data and push it to the platform's map for high-light flashing marking. Alarm information is integrated into the unified alarm management module of the Centralized Management Platform for unified release, handling, and record processing.
