This product is a big data-based smart operation and maintenance platform for photovoltaic power stations, which integrates 3D GIS, BIM, IoT, and 3D rendering technologies to establish a fully autonomous inspection system. It aims to achieve unattended operation, reduce manpower, centralize control, and ensure safe production.
2 Platform Features
The platform establishes a fully autonomous inspection system using drone automatic positioning and navigation technology. It integrates collected visible light and thermal infrared images, equipment data, and video data, employing a "single map" mode to visually display the operation and maintenance data of photovoltaic power stations and conduct data analysis and fault analysis.
3 3D Simulation Electronic Sand Table
By leveraging 3D GIS technology and integrating topographic mapping, oblique photogrammetry, and basic geographic data, the platform achieves two-dimensional and three-dimensional visualization of the geographical environment of photovoltaic power stations, providing a virtual geographic data base map for station management. The platform supports digital twin modeling of station assets and imports them into a 3D GIS scene for visual analysis and management.
4 Smart Monitoring and Early Warning
Perform point positioning for video surveillance, displaying various monitoring information while providing functions for real-time viewing, playback, and recorded data retrieval. The system integrates data from multiple monitoring sources and issues alerts for abnormal data.
5 Photovoltaic Panel Defect Diagnosis and Analysis Management
This module is primarily based on an intelligent analysis system for inspection data using image recognition technology. It collects image analysis data, manages and filters defects, adds defect diagnosis data to an analysis database, and determines the severity of the defects.
6 Drone Intelligent Inspection Management
Record and manage data collected from various sensors, such as infrared and imaging sensors, mounted on drones.
